Pizzeria Prima o Poi – Reconstruction and Restoration of a wood-burning oven

The pizzeria “Prima o Poi” of Camaiore in the province of Lucca has decided to give an update and restructured to its wood oven, to perform this delicate work it has relied on our experience of Forni Pavesi Rimini.

We have rebuilt the hob and resumed the dome with refractory bricks.
